Certifications
CAPS Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist
This exciting new program from NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) and AARP is designed to change the way we think about our homes.

Baby Boomers are aging, yet the definition of age is changing. Sixty is the new fifty! But still, wouldn’t you like to include modifications during your remodel that will give you extended use of your home?

Home safety is an important issue for all ages! CAPS planning creates a safe environment for any age and all abilities.

Certified Remodeler

These certifications recognize remodelers who have undergone detailed review and testing in areas of business management, technical skills and ethical conduct. NARI certification identifies these professionals as industry leaders.
